Coconut butter is a whole food, like biting into a fresh piece of coconut meat. Coconut oil is just fat, with all the fiber, natural carbohydrates and proteins removed. Our coconut butter is stone ground dried whole coconut meat. Our butter is more of a condiment, where coconut oil is something to cook with.

1. Eat coconut butter straight from the jar. Yes, it’s that good.
2. Melt and pour it over sweet potatoes or winter squash. You’ll love it.
3. Add it to a curry dish or stir fry for an extra burst of flavor.
4. Blend it into a smoothie like a piña colada. This is one of my favorite ways to use coconut butter.
5. Spread it on toast instead of real butter and top with almond butter for a satisfying snack.
6. Drizzle it melted over berries for a delicious dessert.
7. Mix a spoonful with cacao nibs for an antioxidant-rich treat.
8. Use it as a substitute for dairy butter in baking for a healthier fat (just add a bit more moisture like fruit puree or oil to compensate).

We believe our coconut butter is a healthy treat so go wild and enjoy! A single serving is 2 tablespoons but if you’re hungry there is no issue with eating more!
